Abi Ekoku delivers keynote address to Welsh Businesses
Abi Ekoku was recently invited to speak at the Commitment to Innovation Awards Dinner which was held at the St. Pierre Country Club in Chepstow on October 23rd.
The event is held biennially to recognise and promote the achievements of companies involved in the Commitment to Innovation (CTI) programme which has been in place since 1997 and is now an integral part of the Welsh Assembly's Government Strategy for Innovation - 'Wales for Innovation'.
The programme encourages and promotes Wales' most innovative businesses, creating improved network opportunities to enable them to learn from each other and work in collaboration.
Delivering the keynote address to the businesses assembled at the event, Abi spoke on the importance of continual innovations to organizations. "An integrated approach to introducing an innovation culture has been shown to lead to significant improvements in organizational performance. The CTI programme recognizes and rewards this, and, as such, establishes and supports a framework that can have a significant beneficial effect on company growth and performance", he remarked.
