The Mini MBA skills in a week training seminar aims to attract a wide variety of professionals from a diverse selection of industries. By doing this the seminars are not only more interesting but also provide a much stronger opportunity for attendees to build up their own individual business networks.

Pre-requisites;

• A brief presentation about yourself, which will be used for analysis purposes throughout the course.
• The preparation of a short situational case study. This will be used throughout the course for specific analysis.

Attendee qualifications;

• Level & range from all attendees
• Enables correct grouping of attendees
• Highlights and makes networking opportunities more relevant

Attendee industry;

• Ensure there is a mix of industries represented on each course.

Course numbers;

• Will be kept small (18 maximum), to allow for high interaction on the course.
