The course is designed around a set of core modules. The modules cover the fundamentals of management practices today and provide a comprehensive framework to work from.

• In order to specialise each course we require an attendee profile. This will highlight not only individual areas of specialism and expertise but also areas in which, the attendees are interested in developing.
• Attendees will be grouped together to obtain a diverse and broad collection of individuals, thus achieving a valuable network of contacts. The groups will be kept to a small size of 18 attendees maximum on each course. By doing this each seminar will be extremely productive and highly interactive.
